Return to card making

After a little break from crafting thanks to work being hectic, I finally found some time to get back into it.  I decided to try my hand at a sort of sepia coloured card.  Don't know why I didn't try something simpler.  Anyways I am quite pleased with how it turned out and I love Sherri baldy's stamps they are stunning😍.

Used Sherri Baldy Stamp.  Creata mirror board and first editions paper.

This is the best photo that I got.  The colours are a little less muted in the flesh.

This is one of my attempts at card making.

The image is by Saturated Canary.  I fell in love with the little tiny turtle so adorable :)

Crafting

I have started trying to make cards.  It's all new to me as is blogging.  I have forgotten how much fun it is to lose yourself for a couple of hours in colouring in, glueing and glitter.  Especially glitter and I know I will be finding it for the next 2 weeks in random places round the house.

It's great to be able to return to being 5 years old not a care in the world other than what colours go best together.

Hopefully will be able to produce some alright cards, but even if I don't the de-stressing that I get from it is all the rewards I need :)
